The initial meeting will help determine what program will fit your group and help you raise the most money. We approach the meeting with your best interest as our focus, because we want you to have the BEST experience possible.
Pick Your Prize Program
You can pick from established prize programs, or we can make a custom prize program to fit your school or group best. Our experience with motivating students using prizes and events comes from years of best practices from all around the country.
Awesome KICKOFF!!!
We do a BIG TIME kickoff assembly and put the FUN back in fundraising to get the kids excited to participate in the fundraiser! Our presentation is full of visual media like pictures and videos because it has been proven to increase students attention by over 40% to make the assembly a HUGE success.
Paper Order Forms and Online Orders
When your sale is over, send us the order forms using the pre-paid mailing label provided to you with your fundraising materials. Orders are packed by student, numerically and alphabetically. Your school will have an online store available when the Gift Catalog is selected so that out of town friends and family can support the fundraiser.
Delivery
We will notify your school several days in advance of receiving your products. If you run a Cookie Dough and/or Gift program, our delivery driver can help you stage the items for distribution.
*** Your parents will receive a reminder call regarding the delivery date and pick up of items from the fundraiser.
Reports
We handle all data entry and generate multiple sales reports to assist with awarding student incentives and delivery day.
Follow Up
We want to build a long term relationship with our communities. A follow-up contact will be initiated to make sure you were happy with your fundraiser and that we did all we could to make it the best experience possible.
